Goshen, NH - Marshall H. Knapp, 86, most recently of Alpine Healthcare Center in Keene, NH and formerly of Goshen, NH, died March 14, 2023.
He was born in Canaan, VT on April 22, 1936 the son of Raymond H. and Verna M. (Hall) Knapp.
He married Priscilla Ann Horne on March 3, 1959 and she died in 2018. Marshall served in the US Air Force for 20 years including Vietnam. He worked as a bus driver and custodian for the Newport and Sunapee School Districts and had been custodian at The First Baptist Church in New London. He always worked hard to provide for his family. Marshall loved to visit and tell a good story. He was known, loved and remembered by many whose lives he touched.
He is survived by his children, Ann Marie (Bill) Foss of Gainesville, FL, Rochelle (Kevin) St. Laurent of Contoocook, NH, Pamela Davis of Chesterfield, VT, Hiedi Mogard of Eau Claire, WI, Maurice (Teresa) Knapp of Titusville, PA, Debra Dustin (Donald Genest) of Myrtle Beach, SC and James "JJ" Knapp of Concord, NH; 20 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
A private graveside service will be held in the spring.
